Free Fire Name Space Code 2026: Invisible Name Style Copy

Tap a box to copy the invisible space, or type your name below and add a space where you want it.

Your name will show here. A normal space you type turns into an invisible space.

0 of 12 characters

You want a space in your Free Fire name, so you press the space bar. Nothing happens. Or you saw a player with no name at all and you want the same blank look, but every trick you find online fails.

We had the same problem, so we tested every space code inside the game on 16 October 2026. The boxes above hold only the codes that passed. Below, you will learn how to put a space in your name, how to make a fully invisible name, which codes fail, and why one invisible character is never enough.

What Is the Free Fire Name Space Code?

The Free Fire name space code is U+3164, a Unicode character called the Hangul Filler. It comes from the Korean alphabet, where it fills an empty spot in a letter block. On your screen it looks like a blank gap, but the game reads it as a real letter. That is why it stays in your name when a normal space does not.

A normal space is a different story. The keyboard inside Free Fire will not type one in the name box at all. So players copy the Hangul Filler from a website, then paste it where they want the gap. You can copy it from the first box at the top of this page.

Players call this code many things: FF space, name gap, blank character, invisible text or ㅤ. They all mean the same idea. One more thing to know: the code counts as 1 character, just like a letter. So a name like Ali + space + Khan uses 8 of your 12 characters.

Why the Space Bar Does Not Work

Almost every game removes normal spaces from player names. If it did not, two players could look the same with one extra space, or a name could be made of spaces only. Free Fire goes one step further, and its keyboard does not type a space in the name box at all. The Hangul Filler gets past this because Unicode files it as a letter, not as a space. So the game keeps it, and your Free Fire name space shows as a clean gap.

Why Players Use a Space or Blank Name

A space makes a two word name easy to read. KingAli and King + space + Ali say the same thing, but the second one looks neater on the scoreboard. It also lets you split your clan tag from your name, like FF + space + Zain.

A fully blank name is a different kind of style. In a lobby full of symbols and fancy letters, a name that shows nothing stands out. Some players like the mystery. Others, like streamers, use it to keep a low profile in public matches, since viewers cannot read the name on screen and look them up.

A blank name does not hide your account. Your player ID stays on your profile, so friends can still find you and add you. It only changes what shows as your name.

How to Put Space in Your Free Fire Name

Putting a space between two words is the most common use of the code. Our test name Ali + space + Khan was accepted in the Change Nickname box, and the gap looked wide and clean. Here is how to do it on your phone:

  1. Type your name in the builder at the top, like Ali Khan. Your normal space turns into the invisible space by itself.
  2. Check the count. Your Free Fire name space style must be 3 to 12 characters long.
  3. Tap Copy my name.
  4. Open Free Fire, tap your profile at the top left, then tap the edit icon next to your name.
  5. Clear the old name, long press the box and tap Paste.
  6. Check that the 390 and Confirm buttons turn yellow, then pay with diamonds or a Name Change Card.

Where to Put the Space

The middle of your name is the best place, between two words or between a tag and a name. That is where we tested it, and the gap showed clearly. A space at the very start or end of a name is hard to see, so it adds nothing to your look and still uses a character. If you want more room between the words, paste two codes in a row instead of one.

Also think about length before you add a space. A Free Fire name space style like Mr + space + Killer uses 9 characters, so you still have room for a symbol. A long name like Muhammad + space + Ali uses 12, and that is the limit.

Build Your Name in the Notes App First

The name box in the game is small, and it is hard to move the cursor inside it. So a safer way is to build your full name outside the game. Open your Notes app, type the first word, paste the space, then type the second word. Now copy the whole line and paste it into Free Fire in one go. The builder at the top of this page does the same job and also counts your characters.

How to Make an Invisible Name in Free Fire

An invisible name is a name made only of space codes, so nothing shows where your name should be. This is the trick most players search for. It works, but only if you paste the right amount.

We pasted the Hangul Filler 1, 2, 3, 5, 12 and 13 times. With 1 or 2 the game showed Too short / too long, and both buttons turned grey. With 3, 5 and 12 there was no error and the buttons turned yellow. With 13 the error came back. So a blank Free Fire name needs 3 to 12 invisible characters, the same 3 to 12 rule as any other name.

2 codesToo short
3 codes✓ Tested

To make yours, tap the Blank name box at the top. It copies 3 Hangul Fillers in one tap. Then paste it in the name box with nothing else, and check that the buttons turn yellow before you pay.

Make a Unique Blank Name

A blank name of 3 codes is a popular choice. Players report that a popular blank name can be refused as already used.

The fix is to change the mix. Paste 4, 7 or 10 codes instead of 3, or swap one big space for a small space. Each mix is a different name to the game, even though they all look empty on screen. The builder at the top helps here: type nothing, tap the space buttons in any order, and watch the count.

Why One Invisible Character Is Not Enough

Almost every guide online tells you to paste the code once. That is wrong in the game today. One character is below the 3 character minimum, so the game blocks it before you can even pay. Paste 3 or more and you are fine.

Which Invisible Characters Work in Free Fire?

The Hangul Filler is not the only blank character. Other sites list 8 or even 13 codes and say they all work. We pasted each one 3 times in the Change Nickname box to see for ourselves. Here is what happened.

Free Fire name space codeUnicodeResultCopy 3

Braille Pattern BlankU+2800✓ Tested
Zero Width SpaceU+200B✓ Tested
No Break SpaceU+00A0UnsupportedWould not paste
En QuadU+2000UnsupportedWould not paste

The zero width space is a special case. On a web page it has no width at all, so we used it only for a blank name, where it passed. For a gap between words, the big or small space is the safer pick because you can see the gap.

Two codes, the no break space and the en quad, would not even go into the name box. The paste did nothing, so the box stayed empty. That is why we mark them Unsupported. If a site tells you to use them for a Free Fire name, skip that advice.

For most players, the Hangul Filler is still the best pick. It worked for a blank name, for a space between words and next to symbols. The small space and the braille blank are good backups if you want a different look or your first choice does not work.

Small Space vs Big Space in Free Fire

Picking a space name style starts with the size of the gap. Some sites call U+3164 a big space and U+FFA0 a small space. On a web page they look different in width. In the game font, our two test names Ali + big space + Khan and Ali + small space + Khan looked almost the same. So pick either one; the gap will look close in the lobby.

How to Mix Big and Small Spaces

You can use both spaces in one name. For example, Ali + big space + small space + Khan makes a slightly wider gap than one space alone. A blank name made of big, small and big spaces also counts as 3 characters and passes the 3 character minimum. Mixing is the easiest way to get a blank name that nobody else has.

What really changes the look is how many codes you paste. Use this table to plan your name:

Names with a Space Between Words

Two short words with a gap in the middle look clean and easy to read. This is the same pattern as our tested name Ali + space + Khan.

Symbol and Blank Names

These names show only two symbols with empty space in between. Our test 亗 + 3 spaces + 亗 was accepted, and the name box showed just the two symbols with a wide gap.

Symbol frame✓ Tested

Spaced Letter Names

Put a space after each letter and a short word looks wide and bold. Keep the word short, because each space uses one of your 12 characters.

Clan Tag and Space Names

Many squads put a short tag in front of every member’s name. A space between the tag and the name keeps both parts clear. Swap the tag or the name for your own in the builder.

Name Already Taken or Not Working? Fixes

Most problems have a simple cause. Find yours below.

  • Too short / too long: count your characters. A blank name needs 3 to 12 codes, and every code counts as 1.
  • Nothing pastes: you may have copied the no break space or the en quad. These do not paste in Free Fire. Copy a box from the top of this page instead.
  • Name already taken: players report this for short blank names, because many players use them. Paste a different number of codes, or mix the big and small space, like big, small, big.
  • The copy button did nothing: some phones block copy from a browser. Long press the box, select it and tap Copy, or use the Notes app trick above.
  • The Paste option does not show: tap the name box once, wait a moment, then long press it again. If your phone uses a keyboard app with its own clipboard, open that clipboard and tap the copied code.
  • The space shows as a dot or line on this page: that is only the website font. In the game the code shows as empty space, as our screenshots prove.
  • Your name shows a square box: the font on that phone cannot show the code. Switch to the Hangul Filler, which showed as blank in all our tests.

Before you pay, always look at the two buttons under the name box. If they are yellow, the game has accepted your name. If they are grey, fix the name first. You do not lose diamonds on a name the game refuses.

One more tip: copy right before you paste. If you copy something else in between, your phone forgets the space code, and the paste brings in the wrong text.

Free Fire MAX, iPhone and PC

Free Fire and Free Fire MAX use one account and the same name rules. In our earlier tests on FF MAX, the 3 to 12 limit was the same, and a blank name of Hangul Fillers showed no error. So the invisible name you set in one game shows in the other.

On iPhone the steps are the same: copy from this page, then long press the name box and paste. On a PC emulator such as BlueStacks, copy the code on your computer and press Ctrl and V in the name box. We ran our own tests on an Android phone, so if paste fails on another device, try the Notes app trick.

Can You Use Space in a Guild Name?

The guild name box has the same 3 to 12 character limit as your player name. Many players want a gap there too, like War + space + Zone. Use the builder at the top to make it, and check that the count stays at 12 or less.

If the guild box refuses the space, write the name without one or use a symbol between the words instead. For full guild rules, costs and 100 ready names, see our Free Fire guild name page.

Is an Invisible Name Safe?

Yes. You set it through the normal name change screen in the game. You do not install any app, change any game file or use a hack. The game simply accepts the code as part of your name, the same way it accepts symbols like 亗 or ★.

Remember that a blank name only changes what other players see. Your player ID stays the same, and your stats, friends and guild do not change. Garena can still reset names that break its rules, so do not use a blank name to copy or pretend to be another player.

Also stay away from apps or APK files that promise an invisible name. You do not need them. Everything you need is a copy and paste, and a free code from a page like this one.

How Much Does It Cost to Set a Blank Name?

The space code itself is free. You can copy it from this page as many times as you like. The cost is the name change in the game, which is 390 diamonds or one Name Change Card.

The good news is that the game checks your name before it takes anything. A name that is too short or too long will not let you pay.

How to Remove an Invisible Name

A blank name stays until you change it again. To get a normal name back, open the same name change box, type your new name and pay 390 diamonds or use a card once more. So plan your name before you pay, because every change has a cost.

For every way to get a card and change your name, read our Free Fire name change guide.

Does the Name Space Code Still Work in 2026?

We tested these codes in the game on 16 October 2026, and the ones in our table were accepted. Garena can change which characters the name box accepts in an update. So paste the code, check the length counter and look for the yellow button before you pay anything, because the game checks the name before it takes diamonds.

Space vs Blank vs Invisible Name

These three words are used for almost the same thing, which confuses many players. The table shows what each one means in Free Fire.

WordWhat it meansHow you do it
SpaceA gap between two wordsThe keyboard space is blocked, so paste one invisible code between the words
Blank nameA name with nothing visiblePaste 3 to 12 invisible codes and nothing else

A blank name works well with a short bio line too. See our Free Fire Instagram bio ideas for text you can copy under it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I put space on my FF name?

Copy the invisible space code U+3164 from this page, because the game keyboard will not type a normal space. Then open your profile, tap the edit icon, and paste the code between your words. Our test name Ali + space + Khan was accepted.

What is the FF name space copy code?

The Free Fire name space code is U+3164, called the Hangul Filler. It looks blank but the game reads it as a letter, so it stays in your name. Tap the first box at the top of this page to copy it.

How to put an invisible name in Free Fire?

Copy 3 to 12 invisible codes, open the name change box, and paste them with nothing else. One or two codes show Too short / too long, and 13 is too long. When the buttons turn yellow, pay 390 diamonds or use a Name Change Card.

What is the name of the invisible character in Free Fire?

It is the Hangul Filler, Unicode U+3164. The small space U+FFA0, the braille blank U+2800 and the zero width space U+200B also passed our test. The no break space and the en quad would not paste.

How do I type a blank space?

You cannot type it on the game keyboard, so you have to paste it. Copy the code from this page, or type your name in our builder, where a normal space turns into the invisible one by itself.

Does the invisible name work in Free Fire MAX?

Yes. Free Fire and Free Fire MAX share one account and the same 3 to 12 character rule. A blank name you set in one game shows in the other.

My Experience and Final Thoughts

On 16 October 2026 I opened the Change Nickname box on my own account and pasted every space code from this page, one by one. One and two Hangul Fillers showed Too short / too long. Three, five and twelve were accepted, and thirteen was too long again. Ali + space + Khan worked with both the big and the small space, and 亗 + space + 亗 worked too. The no break space and the en quad would not paste at all.

So my advice is simple. Do not trust a guide that says one character is enough. Copy 3 or more from the boxes above, or build your name with a space in the builder, and check that the buttons turn yellow before you pay. That way your Free Fire name space works the first time.
